30-Day Satisfaction Guarantee
We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a refund.
We want you to genuinely try FIBES before deciding it's not for you. To be eligible for a refund, no more than 1–2 pouches from your order may have been consumed, and this guarantee may be used once per customer. You do not need to ship anything back to us — just get in touch and we'll take care of it.

Refund Conditions
Refunds apply only to:
- products purchased directly from our website
For hygiene and food safety reasons, we reserve the right to decline a refund where:
- more than 1–2 pouches from the order have been consumed
- this guarantee has already been used once for this customer
- packaging was damaged intentionally
- misuse occurred
Defective / Wrong Products
If:
- your product arrives damaged
- wrong product received
please contact us within 7 days of delivery.
We may request:
- photos
- order number
Refund Processing
Approved refunds are processed to the original payment method within:
- 5–10 business days
Shipping costs may not be refundable unless:
- delivery error occurred
- product defective
