These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern the use of this website and the purchase of products from Evoria GmbH(“Evoria”, “we”, “us”, “our”).

1. Scope
These Terms apply to all orders placed through our online shop by consumers and businesses.
The version of the Terms valid at the time of the order shall apply.
2. Products
We sell functional fruit purée products and related items.
All product descriptions, images and information are provided as accurately as possible. However, minor deviations in appearance, packaging or product details may occur.
We reserve the right to change, suspend or discontinue products at any time.
3. Orders and Contract Formation
By placing an order, you submit a binding offer to purchase products.
A purchase contract is only concluded once:
- we confirm the order by email, or
- the goods are dispatched.
We reserve the right to reject or cancel orders, for example if:
- products are unavailable,
- pricing errors occurred,
- payment failed,
- fraud is suspected.
If we cancel an order after payment, we will refund the amount paid.
4. Prices and Payment
All prices shown on the website are in Swiss Francs (CHF) and include applicable Swiss VAT, unless stated otherwise.
Shipping costs are displayed separately during checkout.
Payment can be made using the payment methods offered at checkout.
Orders will only be processed after successful payment.
5. Delivery
We currently deliver to Switzerland.
Estimated delivery times are shown during checkout and are non-binding estimates.
Delays may occur due to:
- logistics providers,
- customs / public holidays,
- force majeure.
Risk passes to the customer upon delivery.
Please inspect your delivery promptly upon receipt.
6. Returns and Refunds
Voluntary Satisfaction Guarantee
Swiss law does not provide a general statutory right to return online purchases simply because of a change of mind.
However, we voluntarily offer:
30-Day Satisfaction Guarantee
We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
Conditions:
- request must be submitted by email;
- order number must be provided;
- refund applies only to products purchased directly from our website.
Exclusions
For hygiene and food safety reasons, we reserve the right to refuse refunds where:
- packaging was damaged intentionally;
- misuse occurred.
Refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 10 business days after approval.
Shipping fees may be non-refundable unless:
- product was defective;
- wrong product was delivered.
7. Defective or Incorrect Products
Please inspect products upon delivery and notify us without undue delay if:
- goods are damaged,
- goods are defective,
- wrong products were delivered.

- batch number,
- proof of purchase.
If a defect is confirmed, we may:
- replace the product,
- refund the purchase price,
- offer store credit.
This does not affect mandatory rights under Swiss law regarding defective goods.
8. Use of Products
Our products are food products intended for normal consumption.
They are not medicines and are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure or prevent any disease.
Please:
- read ingredients carefully,
- check allergies,
- follow storage instructions.
We are not liable for misuse or failure to follow instructions.
9. Website Use
You agree not to:
- use the website unlawfully;
- interfere with site security;
- upload malicious content;
- misuse intellectual property.
We may restrict access in case of misuse.
10. Intellectual Property
All website content including:
- text,
- branding,
- product images,
- graphics
belongs to Evoria GmbH or its licensors.
Any reproduction or use without prior written consent is prohibited.
11. Limitation of Liability
To the extent permitted by law:
- we are not liable for indirect or consequential damages;
- we are not liable for delays caused by third parties;
- liability is limited to the purchase price of the affected order.
Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded.
12. Privacy
The processing of personal data is governed by our Privacy Policy.
13. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms at any time.
The version published on this website at the time of your order applies.
14. Governing Law and Jurisdiction
These Terms are governed by Swiss law, excluding conflict of law rules.
Place of jurisdiction shall be the registered seat of Evoria GmbH, unless mandatory consumer protection rules provide otherwise.
