Fibes dietary intervention study

A study into the effects of Fibes on the gut microbiome, body composition and blood cholesterol levels took place in second half of 2023 in collaboration with TFTAK.

The study involved 39 participants and lasted 11 weeks during which they consumed Fibes purees for 3 weeks and placebo purees for 3 weeks with wash out periods in between. The blood samples, body composition and gut microbiome were analyzed regularly during the study.
